How Do I Find a Hud Home For Sale?  All HUD homes for sale in Ohio are posted on a website by NHMSI.  These homes can be searched by county and basic information is available.

How Do I get Inside a HUD home to See it?  Once you have found a home and would like to see it, Gorman Realty Group is approved to take you into the home.

How Do I Submit an Offer to Purchase?  If you are ready to make an offer, Gorman Realty Group will sit down with you and discuss the buying process, the necessary requirement to make an offer and prepare the offer you would like to submit.  If the offer is accepted, Gorman Realty Group will continue to work with you until the purchase is completed and you own the home.
