My name is Jason Gorman and I am the Broker/Owner of Gorman Realty Group. I am proud to say that I have been a Greater Cincinnati area resident for over 30 years. I attended high school locally before going on to receive a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Real Estate from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio.
After college, I spent time in the Washington DC area where I worked for a Real Estate Developer/Builder. My experience in Washington was invaluable in teaching me how to deal with everything from $50 Million development projects all the way down to small business owners, like myself, renting office space for the first time.
I left Washington to return to Cincinnati where, along with my family, started Gorman Building Group. Gorman Building Group is a small, semi-custom residential home builder striving to meet the needs of buyers wanting a good quality home with custom features at an affordable price. In addition to home construction, Gorman Building Group has also developed projects ranging from single family subdivisions, multifamily condominium's and even commercial property.
After several years on the construction side, our company had grown enough to allow me to move on and pursue my Real Estate License. I became a licensed Realtor in 2004 and a licensed Broker in 2007. Along the way I have won sales awards from the Ohio Association of Realtors and the individual Real Estate Brokers I have worked with. I am very adept with technology, and make use of all of the benefits the internet has to offer.
Today my goal is to expand Gorman Realty Group by working with buyers and sellers. My background in construction is particularly useful in helping buyers purchase new construction and guiding Gorman Building Group in their new and current projects.
